These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Forge & Anvil website, services, and any products you purchase from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the site in a way that violates any applicable law, infringes on anyone's rights, harasses or harms anyone, or interferes with the site's operation.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything that happens on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Purchases and Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline for any reason (wrong price, inventory issue, fraud risk). Payment is processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details. All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Sweepstakes Entries

Purchases of sweepstakes tickets are subject to the Official Rules for that sweepstakes. Purchases of entries do not increase your odds of winning, and no purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Standard US orders ship within 2 business days. Partner products (knives, leather goods) can take 2–6 weeks as they're made to order. See Shipping & Returns for details.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 60-day return window on unworn apparel and unused accessories. Partner products are final sale. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — logos, photography, copy, designs — is owned by Forge & Anvil or our partners and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge & Anvil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the City of Newport News, Virginia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
