Shipping & Returns

Short version: free US shipping over $75, 60-day return window on apparel, lifetime stitching warranty.

Shipping

• US Standard: 3–7 business days. Free on orders $75+. $8.99 on orders under $75.
• US Expedited: 2–3 business days. $18 flat.
• Processing time: Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days of payment.
• Partner products (knives, leather, canvas prints): 2–6 weeks, as they're made to order. We'll tell you the lead time on the product page and in your order confirmation.

International

We ship to Canada. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the recipient's responsibility. For shipping outside Canada, email hello@forgeandanvil.co — we'll see what we can do.

Order Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking within one business day of your order shipping. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Still missing? Email us.

Returns

We want you to love what you buy. If you don't, send it back:

• Window: 60 days from delivery.
• Condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Eligible: apparel, hats, decals, mugs, and prints.
• Not eligible: partner products (knives, leather, made-to-order canvas). These are final sale.
• Return shipping: we provide a prepaid label on a single return per order. Multiple returns for the same order are at your cost.
• Refund: issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

To start a return, email hello@forgeandanvil.co with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid label.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Email us. We'll ship the replacement same-day and include a prepaid return label for the original. No charge.

Defective Products

Every piece is wear-tested before it hits the site, but mistakes happen. If your item arrives defective or fails under normal use within the warranty period:

• Stitching warranty: lifetime. If a seam fails, we'll repair or replace, free.
• Printing warranty: 2 years. If a screen print or embroidery fails, we'll replace it.
• Partner products: warranty handled by the partner shop. We'll introduce you — every partner stands behind their work.

Send us a photo of the defect and your order number at hello@forgeandanvil.co. We'll make it right.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us with photos within 10 days of delivery. We'll file the carrier claim and replace your order.
