Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

These Official Rules apply to every sweepstakes conducted by Forge & Anvil Co. ("Sponsor"). Each active sweepstakes has specific terms — prize description, entry period, ticket price, maximum entries, and drawing date — detailed in the individual section below.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. Entry Period

Each sweepstakes has a specific entry period, defined in its individual section below. Entries submitted before the start or after the end of the entry period will not be valid.

3. How to Enter

Online Entry

Visit the sweepstakes page on forgeandanvil.co/sweepstakes, select the number of tickets, and complete your purchase via Stripe. Each paid ticket grants one entry. Entries are credited within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.

Free Entry by Mail (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, mail a 3x5 index card with your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the name of the sweepstakes you're entering to:

Limit one free entry per outer mailing envelope. Envelopes must be hand-addressed. Each valid AMOE is credited with one entry — the exact same odds as a paid entry. Entries must be postmarked by the end of the entry period and received within seven (7) days after.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

A winner will be selected by a verifiable random number generator audited on a livestream hosted by Sponsor on the drawing date. Every valid entry is assigned a sequential number prior to the drawing. The drawing is irrevocable and final.

Winner will be notified by phone and email within 48 hours of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within 10 business days, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining valid entries.

5. Prize Acceptance and Taxes

Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will issue Form 1099-MISC to winners for prizes valued at $600 or more.

6. Publicity

By entering, each entrant consents to Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

7. Releases

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability arising out of participation or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; printing errors; or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Disputes

Disputes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and resolved in state or federal courts in the City of Newport News, Virginia. By entering, participants waive the right to class-action litigation.

10. Winners List

A list of winners is published at forgeandanvil.co/sweepstakes within 30 days of each drawing. For a written winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address above with "Winners List [Sweepstakes Name]" written on the outside.

Active Sweepstakes — Specific Terms
