Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

These Official Rules apply to every sweepstakes conducted by Forge & Anvil, LLC ("Sponsor"). Each active sweepstakes has specific terms — prize description, entry period, ticket price, maximum entries, and drawing date — listed in its individual section below.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in FL, NY, RI and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and households are not eligible. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Rules.

2. Entry Period

Each sweepstakes has a specific entry period, defined in its individual section below. Entries submitted before the start or after the end of the entry period will not be valid.

3. How to Enter

Online Entry (Purchase)

Visit the sweepstakes page on forgeandanvil.co/sweepstakes, select the number of tickets, and complete your purchase via Stripe. Each paid ticket grants one entry. Entries are credited within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.

Additionally, when you purchase any item from forgeandanvil.co/shop, entries are awarded automatically based on the product's published "entries awarded" value (see How Entries Work for a full schedule). Entries earned through product purchases are credited to the currently-featured active sweepstakes at the time of checkout.

Free Entry by Mail (AMOE)

To enter any active sweepstakes without a purchase and without any associated cost, mail a 3"×5" index card legibly hand-printed with your full legal name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and the exact name of the sweepstakes you are entering to:

Limit one free entry per outer mailing envelope. Envelopes must be hand-addressed. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are void. Each valid AMOE is credited with one entry — carrying exactly the same odds of winning as any purchased entry. Entries must be postmarked by the end of the applicable entry period and received by Sponsor within three (3) days after. Mail-in entries that do not include every required field, or that are received late, are void.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

The potential winner of each sweepstakes will be selected by cryptographically seeded random number generator, audited on livestream on the drawing date identified in the individual sweepstakes section below. Every valid entry — whether online or AMOE — is assigned a sequential entry number prior to the drawing and added to a single drawing pool. The drawing is final and irrevocable.

The potential winner will be notified by phone and email within 7days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be reached within ten (10) business days, does not respond to Sponsor's notification, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining valid entries.

The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release within ten (10) days of notification as a condition of receiving the prize.

5. Prize Acceptance, Substitution, and Taxes

Each prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, beyond any warranty offered by the manufacturer of the prize component. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitutions are permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC (or equivalent) to winners for prizes valued at $600 or more.

6. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, biographical information, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, without additional compensation.

7. Releases of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, losses, damages, or injury arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, garbled, or undeliverable entries; any technical, hardware, software, or network failures; any printing, typographical, human, or other errors in these Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; any entries not received for any reason; or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or software.

9. Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to any choice-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in the City of Newport News, Virginia. By entering, entrants waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or consolidated proceeding.

10. Winners List

A list of winners is published at forgeandanvil.co/sweepstakeswithin thirty (30) days of each drawing. For a written winners list, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope within six (6) months after the drawing date to the AMOE address above, clearly marked "Winners List — [Sweepstakes Name]."

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used only as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not sell or rent entrant information to third parties.
